I have a level 99 character who still can't learn meteor swarm or frost nova because they need more literacy and leveling it is absolutely unachievable. Going to libraries and reading everything gets nowhere, reading every scroll you find (100s) gets you like 1/1000th of a level. Making the elemental stones use the quest system should help this. To begin with, you must acquire VS2019 to convert the VC6 .dsw workspace into a modern .sln. 2022 dropped support, so this is necessary.
